IT IS A CRIME TO INTENTIONALLY OR KNOWINGLY FILE A FRAUDULENT COURT RECORD OR A FRAUDULENT INSTRUCMENT WITH THE CLERK. TEXAS GOV. CODE SEC. 51.904

Juveniles are not eligible for online payment.

WARNING two or more convictions of an offense (Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility) under the Texas Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act will result in the suspension of your driver's license and motor vehicle registration unless you file and maintain evidence of financial responsibility with the Department of Public Safety for two years from the date of conviction.

WARNING a driver convicted of a moving violation while driving with a suspended, cancelled, revoked or denied driver's license will be automatically suspended for 90 days and required to pay a $100 reinstatement fee.
